JF Restaurants is looking for a dynamic Executive Chef with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to systems-based growth to run multiple outlets within Winthrop Center in Boston’s financial district. This role requires strong creative and operational leadership.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational needs of the multi-unit/concept building, while guiding a team of culinary leaders in creative process. Experience in fine dining, high volume, seasonal menu planning, and ownership of operational systems and finances are paramount.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of kitchen experience
- Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs
- Experience working within budget constraints
